GetHuman-179817: I called this number and chose option * which was sales. I had previously chose technical support and wanted to ask a simple question but was told it was out of warranty and I would need to pay $**.** to answer my simple question. That is when I called back and used option *. Bart answered and was very cooperative and send me the manual for my drive and also provided me with a link for on line chat support. My ratint is for Bart in sales and does not reflect my opinions of the tech support personnel which would be * for quality,
