GetHuman-alexpra: hello,*I purchased * tb external hard disk through online and now a big thing is that the warranty has also been canceled and there is issue that when i plug in my hd in my pc or laptop it shows that hd has been connected and shows the propitiates too but when i visit this hd there don't show anything else !! i am confused with this problem can you please help me to get rid of it ??
