GetHuman-411642: My landlord ordered a washer*dryer stackable online. Delivery was supposed to be within * week. Sears automated service called and confirmed delivery ****. That day an automated phone call said the delivery rescheduled to *****. On ***** I received an automated confirmation of delivery on *****. At *:** a.m. on *****, the week I had a vacation planned but had to cancel because of the change in delivery, they cancelled and changed the delivery date from ******** to *******. Unacceptable. There was no other recourse from customer assistance located "OUT OF THE COUNTRY." I was given various excuses for each delay. But as a tenant, I have no recourse because my landlord, who also lives out of state, purchased the machine, therefore, I was not authorized to cancel the sale. Here I sit more than * weeks after a purchase with NO WASHER AND DRYER yet!!! If it was my purchase I would have cancelled, gone to Lowe's, where they deliver no hassle free delivery* free haul away the NEXT DA
