~GRANNY CARD: TRIED THIS NUMBER * TIMES AND DID NOT UNDERSTAND ANY OF THE PEOPLE I SPOKE TO. THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG NUMBER FOR INSTALLATION PEOPLE. THEY TRULY DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I WANTED. SEVEN CALLLS TOTAL WERE MADE AND OUR TENANTS STILL DO NOT HAVE A WORKING STOVE AND HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER TWO DAYS. EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION ACROSS THE BOARD.
