GetHuman-137394: I was on the phone for almost an hour and was disconnected at least * times. Each time, I had to go through the messages to get through. Each real person I finally spoke with said they would "connect me with the correct person". Then I was again disconnected. Bottom line: I purchased a water heater * days ago and it was installed the same day. The water heater never heated the water beyond warm. Now Sears customer service wants to charge me a $** service fee to come to my home and fix it. DON'T BUY SEARS PRODUCTS -- EVER!
