~Dissatisfiedwithsears: Cancelled an online order. Told credit to my card would occur in *-** days. Called back when I never got a confirmation. Issued email promising a credit. ** days later refund still isn't issued. Called back and was told the same thing I was told ** days earlier. All representatives are in another country and just follow a script. Accent so strong I can't understand anything they say. Questions aren't really answered, just reading off a script! So disappointing. Will never buy from Sears again!
