~Happy Camper: I got a lawn mower as a gift. I was told it had an extended warranty, but the receipt and warranty was lost. I was able to have warranty mailed to me after the rep located my info. It only took a few minutes.

~Happy Camper: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
