GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Sears customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~GMommy: Paying for a warranty does not mean if your product fails you will get proper help. Customer service will ask you to bring the product in four times for repair. On small appliances it is better to buy a new one each time. Purchasing a warranty is a waste of time and so is talking to someone on the telephone it is their job to give you the run around. It is better to buy another product. I was totally dissatisfied with my experience. Sears has always been so reliable for so many years in this transaction it was bad. It hurts to know the company that our family has trusted for so long has joined in not caring for its customers like some of the other companies. Sad
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sears. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sears problem?
~GMommy: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~GMommy: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sears's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~GMommy: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sears customers?
~GMommy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sears to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~GMommy taken from his Sears customer service problem that occurred on November 18th, 2017.
