~Jerru Willingham: on *-*-**** O purchased a Frigidaire window ac unit from Sears outlet store in Marietta Ga.They loaded in my trunk, when I got home it was the wrong model with no manual and no vent screen for the rear on unit. The charged me for model FRA***VC* and the model in my trunk was FRA***HT*. I have talked to the store and they said that was all they had and could not correct the error. I talked to someone at Sears on line and she could not do anything that I would have to deal with the Outlet Store. I want to return this one and get the one I paid for. I can not get any assistance from any one at Sears. Please help me with this problem.
