~DANIEL AGUIAR: THE PEOPLE IN THE STORE IN STOCKTON SOLD US THE REFRIDGERATOR AND NOW WE NEED A FILTER AND THEY DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT ONE AND DO NOT WANT TO TRY TO GET US THE RIGHT ONE WE HAVE BEEN TO SEVERAL OTHERS OUTS LETS AND THEY TELL US WE HAVE TO GET IT FROM SEARS BUT THE PEOPLE DO NOT WANT TO EVEN HELP YOU UNLESS YOU ARE BUYING A NEW ONE OTHERWISE THEY JUST IGNOR YOU AND WALK AWAY.

~DANIEL AGUIAR: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DANIEL AGUIAR: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sears's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DANIEL AGUIAR: For that I would say five out of five.
