GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Sears customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~lousy service: The poorest service that I have experienced in a long time. My call was regarding a broken garbage disposal under warranty. Six weeks waiting for a part that is now on back order and (yack, yack, yack) they are unsure.....demanded a supervisor and they are offering to give me credit of the amount I paid ** months ago...but then I got it on sale at that time and, of course, all prices are now higher. The model I have is no longer made. Where has the fine service that used to be what we got at Sears?
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sears. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sears problem?
~lousy service: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~lousy service: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sears's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lousy service: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sears customers?
~lousy service: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sears to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~lousy service taken from his Sears customer service problem that occurred on October 29th, 2017.
