~joyce: We bought a Kenmore frig in ****. Had to have service July ****. Called Feb *st for service. Again in panic Feb * for emergency service-NONE. Feb * they came, saw and ordered a new compressor to be delivered overnight. Feb * - they can't find the compressor supposedly sent yesterday. They won't give me a tracking *. Haven't had a working frig since Feb *. Does anyone really work at SEARS? twice they put me on hold and never came back. Did you know that there really isn't KENMORE appliances. It's all other mfg with a "kenmore" slapped on it. You don't know what brand you are really buying until it's too late - like our frig. When

~joyce: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~joyce: For that I would say five out of five.

~joyce: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sears to know who you are.
