~Ticked Off: Trying to get a garden tractor repaired under warranty. They now only give a window of * am to * pm for arrival. Calling in the morning does not help - they give an updated arrival time, but this keeps getting delayed throughout the day. Today, they estimate the repair person will arrive at *:** pm (when it was an *-* window.) It is a three-hour job. Guy will be working in the dark. You cannot get any resolution over the phone as the person *** way around the globe is clueless.

GetHuman: And what about Sears's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ticked Off: For that I would say four out of five.
