~Help???: I've worked for years to get this resolved. The last customer service rep was to call me back and never did. My account was hacked or my points used by someone else as per Sephora employees. So I was offered **** bonus points. I had more, but even the **** was hacked or never given. I know I'm only one customer. I can't place any order until this is resolved. Nobody seems to want to do that. I've been at my boiling point with this issue many times. It needs to be resolved.

~Help???: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
