GetHuman-353365: Called regarding the SHARK I purchased via infomerical * years ago that just stopped working. I purchased a Bissel peice of **** to replace thinking my Shark was *yrs old and past its warranty, and threw it out. Well after * wk w*the Bissel, I took it back because "it sucked and not in a good way" and was going to purchase a new Shark at my local Bed Bath and Beyond, when I decided to call the Shark customer service to see if I had any options, after realizing the warranty was for * years. Well they "replaced" the vacuum I threw out for about **% of what it would cost to buy a new one, which I was prepared to do! I love the Sharks performance which is why I called and now I love the customer service too!!!
