~mark the shark: I originally called because my roller stopped working even tho' the brush light indicator was lit. After explaining my situation to the rep, Alex (female), she initially stated that, due to the circumstances, this problem was not covered*under warranty. I asked if I could speak to a supervisor, as the vacuum was not old and definitely not overused, she put me on hold briefly. When she got back on line, she said they would replace the part at no cost on a one time basis.*I am very pleased and satisfied with this customer service, and Shark has my confidence again.*I am a retired, ex-US Air Force on Social Security, so this really helps my bottom line.*Thank you, Shark, you really made my day.*Mark Reynolds
