~luvFREEDOM2: My Shark's hose broke due to poor design. I called and they said they would ship one out. Over * months later, and I am still inquiring as to where the part is. My initial phone call was: *******. Today is *******. I am told to expect it around May **th. That's * months later. Nice going, Shark. I am borrowing sweepers from friends. Everyone now knows how good your warranty really is. I hope to see the part. I love the sweeper. But, if you are going to warranty it like this, I don't think that I am going to buy another one after this one broke in less than a year and you take forever to replace the part. People need their vacuums. **The representative was very friendly and understanding and spoke English. This is the company that isn't following through on it's warranty. **I need another sweeper to back up this great suction sweeper that breaks down in less than a year and has poor * year warranty. Any suggestions? Shark is now off of my list.
