~ANNOYED: I have a defective steam mop, which I first called about over a month ago. They had to charge me a dollar to replace it, but didn't try my card right away. Instead they waited over a week and claimed that it didn't work. Then they lied and said the unit was on backorder. When I spoke to someone about that they didn't know why it was on backorder because there were some in the warehouse. I gave them another card number which was not tried for another week, and they claimed that didn't work. I just spoke with someone who actually tried the card while I was on the phone and it was fine. They are doing nothing to expedite the shipping of the new unit and refuse to refund me my money. They also refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Horrible Customer Service!!
