~shark vac dude: Good People I think.*My experience,(spoke with Charles at the new brunswick Canadian call center. *VERY help full in standing behind their cord less hand held vac. they were all set to replace it. when I was able*to figure out a way to fix the unit, with his advice. *Good product to begin with (*.*v.cordless vac)*and now its working just fine again.
