~ShellB: Wow! I bought my shark lift away from their info commercial. Ver please with the way it picks up dog hair. (Have * Golden retrievers). However it broke at the head after about a year. I was upset because I coulnt find my receipt. Thinking I was out of my money with no place to go but to buy a new vacuum cleaner. I called Europro *shark and was told I had a VIP warranty and did not need my receipt! The customer service rep was very pleasant. She took all my info and said I would receive my new part within *-** days (free shipping) at not cost! *I am extremely happy about their customer service. I can't say I was happy it broke after only a year but have to admit I have two teenage boys that aren't the easiest on appliances. *Thank you Europro!
