~Don Pedro: The battery on our vac has failed. No retail store carries replacements. Customer service says they only sell the recharger and battery at a price nearly the cost of a new vac. They do not understand english as a first language. They only repeat canned responses. They do NOT respond to e-mails. We will certainly not buy any of their other products.

~Don Pedro: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Don Pedro: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Shark Vacuum's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Don Pedro: For that I would say four out of five.
