~D.SHIPP: Contacting the customer represiniives was no problem. my concern is that if there is a warning placed on a product, then there is a reason. I wonder if the represenitives are being truthful when they say that the warning about the lead content in these products is not harmful and that it pertains to the box and not the product itself. It doesn't make a lot of sense to use a certain product to clean your house that is alledged to remove impurities from the air in your houshold but at the same time is spreading carcinigens. this is an issue that needs to be addressed. people need to be made aware of this. It is not fair that people go out and spend good money on these products, thinking that they are getting something good for their family but instead are harming them. To the makers of shark products, at what cost and how far will you go to make a buck? I wonder if any of you use these products in your own homes. How much do you care about your customers?
