~NoShark: I bought a shark vacuum last year and just ran out of the vacuum bags. But I found it is ridiculously more difficult than buying a car or a fridge. I had to call and chat with offshore agents several times. First I called them from work and told them my vacuum name. They said I had to look at the vacuum and tell them the model number, they had no way to know what bag I need and calling *** number is the ONLY way to buy the bags! Of course they are going to charge $** for the bag * $* for shipping. I asked how many bags will I get. He put me on hold and came back to say he doesn't have that information. I asked if I can just go to local store and buy a compatible bag, he said no. Well, I need the bag, so I sucked up and bought it but could not believe he said he will take *-* weeks to receive them. How frustrating with this experience for a simple thing.

~NoShark: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Shark Vacuum's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~NoShark: For that I would say one out of five.
