~Diana Moore: No one ever answered the phone, my question, why isn't the model that was delivered to our home on Feb. **th. which I maybe returning. . .why isn't it showing on the web? The exact model I bought. Also, it looks like I bought into ordering more then I needed. We are senior citizens, we were looking for simple this so far isn't even close. thank you for any help in this matter. Diana Moore
