~nana06: I've made * inquiries in an attempt to track my shipment. Payment was made against my bank account more than a month ago and I still have not received my merchandise. I was being proactive and called your customer service on April **th to confirm the shipping address. Your service rep confirmed the shipping address as my current address on **** S.Siena Vista, *A***, Midvale, UT ***** which I affirmed as correct. On April **th, I called back to get an update on my shipment. The update given me by another customer service rep. was that the shipment was in the Salt Lake City central facility. I should have it in a few days. I asked the service rep to confirm the delivery address. He told me the delivery address was the ***** Blayde Drive address. I said to him that can't be right. I called in and I was reassured that the shipping address was my current address of ****....He said your system does show I called in on **** and the product was not shipped out until the next day on ****. Yo
