~Unhappy cusomter: SHELL reissued my credit card due to their security problem but when I got my new card, my credit line was decreased tremendously without explanation. Called the number, got Jeanne who was an idiot that kept insisting I need to request for additional credit even though SHELL was the one that made the mistake changing my credit line. When I asked to talk to her manager, she claimed she is the manager. She wanted additional info to request for an increase which takes at least * weeks. Bottom line, clueless and obnoxious service that did not fix their own problem.
