GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Sheplers.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-84786: There is absolutely NO communication between customer service reps and their warehouse or other customer service reps. They consistantly lose orders or send the wrong merchandise blaming manufacturers and warehouses. They conduct themselves unprofessionally and at times immaturely from laughing about lost orders to giving you attitude if you press them for information. All of this after being on hold anywhere from * min. (the shortest wait) to ** min. just to deal with their order ***** ups. STAY AWAY from these people!!! Chances are you won't get what you ordered and good luck with your returns!
