~Anonymous: experienced an enrollment problem due to an error their representative made during my enrolltment process. After many, many, many exhausting phone calls I was told that I am not a member and there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue. I was told they had sympathy for me because they realized it was their mistake but they had to follow Medicare rules and not go thru with my enrollment. Here it is March and I still can't believe all of the different stories I was told. Don't worry you are just fine - continue to get your scripts filled - don't worry, we have put you on the priority list and will call you within ** hours. What is the use to going on and on. They are a sad, sad, misrepresentation for Medicare and they should be kicked to the curb.
