GetHuman-119149: I was on hold for over **min and then it hung up on me called again, and again I was placed on hold . . .can someone please tell me what kind of service is this that you can't even make a payment over the phone and then they want you to purchase minutes wait for the pin to be sent to you, call them to activite the new pin for the next *- days of service . . .are you seriously kidding me . . Ugh . . .very frustrated and confused!
