~Kody: PLEASE DONT USE SIMPLE MOBILE! My data slowed down after a day and a half of service. I called to get help and I ended up on hold for an hour before finally hanging up. Only to call back later and find out THEY slowed it down because I was "in violation of their terms of agreement". They couldnt even tell me my offense. They used example like tethering, but I cant even tether due to the custom rom on my phone. If I wanted a cap put on my data I would have stayed with T-Mobile.

~Kody: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kody: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Simple Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kody: For that I would say one out of five.
