~dntdoit: SIMPLE MOBILE IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY THE SERVICE IS VERY HORRIBLE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY HORRIBLE DONT TRY TO CALL IN BECAUSE IT TAKES FOREVER BEFORE YOU CAN TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS WITH THE PHONE AND THERE IS NO CREDITS BACK TO YOUR BILL AND THERE IS A FEE IN ORDER TO GET YOUR NUMBER PORTED OVER IF YOU CHANGE YOUR SERVICE TMOBILE SHOULD REALLY BE SHAME TO HAVE THERE NAME LINKED ON TO A PHONE SERVICE AS HORRIBLE AS SIMPLE MOBILE..THEY COULDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT MY MESSED UP SERVICE BUT THEY HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING MY MONEY AND NO PROBLEM TELLING ME THAT I COULDNT TALK TO MANAGEMENT BECAUSE THEY WERE BUSY
