~Alek: Simple Mobile, **You guys are so dumb and unprofessional. Since morning I have wasted * hours just to start my phone working. I purchased $***$** (international) plan and its already been * hours, I haven't been able to text message anywhere in US or internationally plus none of simple mobile service representative wants to help me out. I wait for ***minutes, get to talk some person and they put me on hold again for another *** minutes. **I have been calling your stupid customer service number and all I get is to wait for ** minutes to talk to your dumb reprehensive. He*she says that's not his*her department and transfers me to again to same number where I start talking to most idiotic computer voice service. Again waiting for *** minutes to talk to other dumb representative and same stupid response every single time. **The waiting call says "All our customer representatives are busy, your call is very important to us. Please stay on line". How big lie that line is. Simple Mobi
