~"simple" hah! My foot!: They demanded I give pin access to my email account before they would help me. That would open them up to open any and all of my personal emails. This is ridicules.either THE AGENT **** WAS CLUELESS OR MISUNDERSTOOD or they have a seaming policy. I waited for a SUPERviser that told me I can not buy minutes on line as the account money was ended. Hmmmmm I wonder why I want to buy a card? Perhaps EXACTLY BECAUSE my current card has finished! What , do they think there is a big market for selling to customers that are already paid up? And that they close the possibility to the ones that now need to pay for the next month service!!!!*Their web page flashes OH MY GOD (omg) in your face. But when I said it was stupid to disalow customers who NEED to add muinutes from adding minutes, she hung up on me, telling me she didn't like my language!!! O. M. G. (not so SIMPLE Mobiles words not mine),I don't like your much more serious and offensive language.
