GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Sirius/XM customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Jcwiklik: After being left on hold for ** minutes on one phone and ** minutes on the next it's pretty apparent that Sirius XM has apparently all the business that you folks can handle. As (now former) customer of * YEARS it is pretty apparent that shifting customer service to third world countries doesn't work. My original order was screwed up from the moment I got the confirmation, which I replied to and attempted to let you folks know. But I guess you would actually have to read emails to understand that fact. But I guess your all just to busy to actually care. In the * years I WAS a customer I avoided contacting you people because customer service was so bad. Maybe someone can call me and explain just what the problem is.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sirius/XM. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sirius/XM problem?
~Jcwiklik: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jcwiklik: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jcwiklik: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sirius/XM customers?
~Jcwiklik: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
