~USA PROUD: I TALKED TO AN AGENT IN THE USA. SHE RESOLVED THE ISSUE I HAD WITH MY ACCOUNT.*NO OFFENSE TO ANYONE WHO WORKS FOR SIRIUS*XM, BUT I COULD NOT CONVEY MY CONCERNS WITH SOMEONE IN A FAR AWAY COUNTRY WHO WAS READING RESPONSES FROM A MANUAL.
