~Anonymous: I am on a fixed income and depend on my money for every day living. When you charge a debit or credit it pends for * days. Thats standard proceedure. It could've been reversed at time of the mistake when I called back and told you that you took an unauthorized amount from my bank, but you choose not to and the charge went thru. I call this credit theft. I removed my card from the account on May *th when all this took place,(would'nt you?). After I removed my card I was informed that the refund will be issued in check form mailed & received within *-** business days. Well guess what today is day *** and still no check. WHERE IS MY MONEY? I talked to several listener care reps and not once heard the same story. So again WHERE IS MY MONEY? One more thing my girlfriend works for a very large world wide cooperation, and works in retail, If she over charges an account over and above the purchase amount she loses her job and is placed under investigation by the law. ~Anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sirius/XM customers?
~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
