~had enough: I have * accounts and have had nothing but problems with billing, one person tells you what you want to hear but does not go through with it. I truely enjoy my radio opions but is not worth going through with the run around. I will drop all * if this continues to happen. And not being able to understand who you are talking to just *****.

~had enough: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
