~goldenadonis14: I have had the service for * years i like what is offered in the radio itself, how ever i can't stand talking to some one oversea's. the Lagrange barrier is very poor. and they have ***** up my account so many times it hurts. i have only one car and they have me listed for * cars and want me to pay for all *. they also believe that i have a home system, and i do not even own one. and after explaining this over and over and over again, they still can't fix it right i give up and do not want the service any longer. next round i am cancelling for good.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~goldenadonis14: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~goldenadonis14: For that I would say five out of five.
