GetHuman-129501: I have two radios, one for each car (of course they will not give me a multi radio discount) they did an update on my account, in return killed both of them. and after being on hold this long, im told "sorry, your going to have to buy new radios" guess that's the thanks i get for being with then for twelve years. now I'm going straight to the Better Business Bureau.

GetHuman-129501: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-129501: For that I would say three out of five.
