~Done With Them: Yes I can. It was afternoon, on November 12th.

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Sirius/XM customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Done With Them: I sold my car then I called Sirius*XM to find out my options and to let them know that I need to remove the radio ID from sold car. Sirius*XM business office said if they remove the radio with entering a new radio they will have to close account and suggested leave it until I get a new car then swap it. I agreed to leave it. I call * days later I call Sirius*XM to activate a radio & I was told that my account was close. The person that bought my car activated the radio on their account and Sirius*XM just went & closed my account with out any notification. They have my phone *, email in their system and still no one from Sirius*XM contacted me to give me options or warn me about my account. I could have given them the new radio ID if I knew that I need to supplie a new radio ID at that time. Sirius*XM is the worst ran company out there. Sirius*XM is customer service people is very hard to understand, so good luck on that.

~Done With Them: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Done With Them: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Done With Them: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sirius/XM customers?
~Done With Them: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
