~nikkyvb: Love that I found this site, called the **** and spoke to an agent, mgr and everyone wanted $*** to renew my radio. Claimed "there are sites like this claiming you can get a deal and they know about it and wont give deals now becuase of it." *Such a lying POS "Ryan" Employee ****P (I could tell you what the P stands for I am sure) was a jerk and refused to help. I called this number and very sweet lady offered me * months for $** or ** months for $**. So SHOVE that up your rear RYAN, pretend customer service manager. Dont call the *** number call here and tell them you know they cut prices and you know they give deals. They will say its a one time but I've renewed a lot and it never is.

~nikkyvb: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~nikkyvb: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~nikkyvb: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sirius/XM customers?
~nikkyvb: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
