~livinfine05: My review hmmm. Wasn't going to upgrade my service after free trial with new car purchase. I decided to when they offered me a great deal which turned out to be a lie. Stern and the news is what I listen to. Stern was not on my radio which service rep told me I had all access. I'm very dissatisfied with my call when I called to complain. The new rep told me I would have to pay extra for sterns channels. I will not join again and I will change my phone number to stop the harassing sales calls from people from other countries who lie so they get a sale. This is a horrible way to do business sirius*XM shame on you. This is what u get when u employee people from other countries. Stop outsourcing

~livinfine05: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~livinfine05: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~livinfine05: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sirius/XM customers?
~livinfine05: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
