GetHuman-46458: Thank goodness for this site. The numbers listed on the Siriusxm XM site brought me to serial spam advertisements with no way to get through. This NJ be brought me to an actual person who helped me with a renewal issue. I do have to say that this was the first time that I ever had an offshore help Center with this company and he was a bit hard to understand. But bottom line is I got the help I needed.

GetHuman-46458: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-46458: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-46458: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sirius/XM customers?
GetHuman-46458: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
