~Julia: spoke to Lindsy and after telling her I wanted to know if the charge on my visa was for a year renewal she looked up my account and verified charge was for a renewal for a year and I would get a ** day notice when the yr sub,was up In ****. ~Julia: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Julia: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Julia: For that I would say one out of five.
