~Karen: The idea of Sirius is great but their customer service is without a doubt the worst I have ever seen. You can't call them and get a real person without being on the line for hours. The people on the chat do not seem to understand English or Spanish. I have been trying for the last * hours to pay my bill! To pay the bill for God's sake!!!! I wish someone else would start up a Sat. radio because I would certainly switch.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sirius/XM. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sirius/XM problem?
~Karen: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Karen: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Karen: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sirius/XM customers?
~Karen: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
