GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Sirius/XM customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-371668: This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with when it comes down to entertainment. They charged my credit card without my permission or authorization because they have my information on file from a previous year, and they told me it would take at least a week to refund my money when it only took them * seconds to deduct it from my account. They have very very poor customer service because you want to keep your customers happy even in a situation like this when they are clearly at fault. No compensation was given or anything of that nature when they were clearly at fault. Not looking for a handout or anything but if you want me to continue to be a loyal customer, then treat me that way treat me as a loyal customer. They will never get another dime of my money and that's the way that I'm going to get treated as a paying customer.

GetHuman-371668: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-371668: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-371668: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-371668: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
