~Jaimz: I took out an agreement one evening, phoned back the following day and had the phone put down on me when I asked about a cooling off period. Since then I have been unable to contact these people on the telephone despite for a period og * days phoning at various times of the working day and evening!!! I was so unhappy that I went to my bank and had the payment stopped. Stay with the big guys and don't bother with companies that cannot be contacted.*Yours unhappily*J.Yoxall
