GetHuman-mississi: Never get order right for my BiPap machine. The thing costs $**** and they have no idea what parts fit onto. If the taped order call comes and you go through it, the order is so far off from accurate...they just dump three or four masks in the box without any of the attaching equipment that goes around it to fit over your head. I told the girl collector yesterday I wasn't paying my $** balance until a supervisor called me who could solve the problem of never getting the right equipment. I need to turn them in as fraudulently billing Medicare for just off-loading excess inventory that doesn't fit my machine that I conitnue to receive.
