~dirknger: HAVE NEVER HAD THIS LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. WAS OFF THE PHONE IN * MINUTES WITH PART ORDERED. REP ALSO TOLD ME WAS MANUFACTURER DEFECT AND OFFERED TO HAVE IT SHIPPED AND REPAIRED FREE OF CHARGE. I DECLINED BECAUSE OF IT'S AGE BUT JUST SHOWS YOU THE INTEGRITY BEHIND THE COMPANY. MY NEXT PURCHASE WILL BE A SMITH AND WESSON!!!
