~Steve: I wanted to get copies of my PUD bills, that had been generated in ****, asking the Customer Service rep. Susan out of Monroe Washington, how long does it take to disconnect power once the notice goes out, she relied, "** days" I said why did PUD wait almost * years to disconnect power (which I never signed up for). She started yelling at me, when I asked her for copies up to date, and for copies of the notes, she refused to give them,,, and told me I need to leave. yelling louder. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she said they all work out of Everett and that I need to leave. Yelling really loud, saying she is going to call the police on me. I said for what, she said " I feel threatened". I said, I didn't do anything but ask for information on my billing. I said good thing it was recorded (on the PUD cameras), so I have proof on how she is acting. then the fellow customer service, rep said I need to leave and she is calling the police, I said for what I haven't done
